Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly rushed to a hospital after suffering a head injury while serving his federal prison sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. According to reports, Combs was conscious and speaking before being transported to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation. Sources familiar with the situation confirmed that he received treatment and returned to the correctional facility later that same day. A representative for Combs acknowledged the reports and said his team was working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident. Federal prison officials have not publicly disclosed additional medical details.

The hospitalization comes amid continued scrutiny of Combs' incarceration following reports of alleged prison rule violations and unauthorized privileges. The former entertainment executive is currently serving a 50-month federal sentence after his 2025 conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. His projected release date has been moved to March 2, 2028. Authorities have not announced what caused the reported head injury, and no connection to an altercation has been established.
